Retail/ Wholesale
We currently only offer retail pricing online. Wholesalers who wish to purchase from us must fill out our wholesale form and provide us with a valid wholesale license. Contact us at 1-866-VFT-FARM for more information.
Guarantee/Refunds
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your order, please let us know how we can fix it. All of our plants are shipped directly from us to you under strict conditions. In the highly unlikely event that your plant(s) are damaged or dead on arrival please call us and we will handle it over the phone. No refunds will be given unless under extraordinary circumstances. Plants will be replaced with similar or same plants if dead/damaged.
Delivery
Processing and Delivery Time
We process all orders in the order they were received. Plants are shipped Monday or Tuesday. After processing, plants will be shipped via Fedex 3-5 day shipping.
Availability & Other Considerations
Seasonal Availability
Some of our items are only available seasonally. If any items on your order are not available, we will either back order those items or drop them from the order.
Weather & Geographic Limitations
Due to the nature of shipping live plants, we can not ship our products to Alaska or Hawaii, or any place outside of the continental United States.

Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Refer to our refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Any order placed with us goes through our PayPal gateway. If you do not call us before the order has been shipped your order will be shipped and no refund will be given. In addition, a 10% inconvenience fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Claim Policy
Since we have no control over the growing conditions the plants are exposed to after shipping, we must limit our guarantee to safe arrival only. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of your order. To file a claim, notify us by phone. All other claims or disputes will be handled on a case to case basis. Remember, shipping and handing charges are a service and are not refundable.
Delivery Release Limitations
If no one is available to accept delivery of a package, UPS may, at it's own discretion, leave a package if they feel the area is secure. Packages left by the carrier are left at your risk as we have no control of the packages under those conditions. We will not be responsible for any missing or damaged packages left in this manner.
Checks
Sorry, we do not accept paper checks. An E-check can be used via PayPal but may take 7-10 days to clear through the system.
COD's
Sorry, we do not accept COD payments.
Payment Methods
We highly recommend all customers use our PayPal gateway. This is a highly secure method of payment in which we never actually see your credit card information. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account, simply put in your credit card/check/bank account information and it will be processed by them. We also accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover over the phone.
Shipping Costs & Information
Shipping & Handling Charges
All shipping & handling charges are non refundable. Additional shipping costs for free replacement products falling within our guarantee must be paid by the purhaser. Shipping charges are based off of real-time up-to-date Fedex shipping tables.

Sorry, we do not ship out of the continental United States.
